How we work, in plain terms.

• You never pay us a fee. We're compensated by the funding provider. No application fee, no broker fee, no "professional service fee." If anyone quotes you one in our name, hang up and call us.
• Your file goes to a maximum of three funders. We don't spray your bank statements across the industry. Fewer submissions, better offers, no spam calls afterward.
• We structure deals we'd want you to renew. Our business is long-term clients, not one-and-done maximum-cost deals.
• If funding is the wrong move, we'll tell you. Sometimes the right answer is "not this, not now." You'll get that answer for free.
